Mass Spectrometry

Mass spectrometers are comprised of four main parts: sample delivery, ion source, mass analyzer and detector. Each of these components can come in variety of types, but the purpose will be the same: deliver sample, convert the sample into a charged species (ionize), separate the charged species based on mass to charge ratio, and detect the ions.

Our suite of MS instrumentation allows for analysis to be done on a broad range of analytes to obtain high resolution mass spectra. All the instruments have different ion-sources that allow charge to transfer to the analyte of interest.
